Refund Policy

At EduTap Learning Solutions, we strive to provide high-quality products to assist our students in their exam preparations. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. We’ve established the following policy to govern refunds:

Eligibility for Refund:
  1. For physical (hardcopy) books purchased from EduTap, if the product received is damaged or lost by the courier partner, the student is entitled for a replacement.
Non-Eligibility for Refund:
  1. Change of Mind/Do not want to prepare anymore: Refunds cannot be issued due to a change of mind regarding the preparation of the exam.
  2. Eligibility for the exam: In case the student finds that he/she is ineligible for the exam after subscribing to course material, a refund cannot be issued.
  3. Purchased by mistake: The purchase of a digital product is a multi-step process and takes awareness and consciousness at the student’s end to complete the transaction. Purchasing by mistake is not an eligible factor for a refund.
  4. Could not clear exam: The selection of a student in an exam is dependent on many factors, mostly beyond our control. Not clearing the exam is not a valid reason for a refund, no refund can be issued in such cases.
  5. Language of book: The book language is mentioned on the website page, refund cannot be initiated in case there is any sort of language barrier. However, if the language that is used in the book is different from what was promised, a refund is applicable.
  6. Not satisfied with quality: Refunds cannot be issued if the course doesn’t meet personal expectations. Sample of the product has been made available for all our digital products which students can go through before purchase.
  7. Personal/Financial issues: Refund will not be applicable in case of any personal issue of a financial or non-financial nature.
  8. Product available at a lesser price: We run discount offers on our products from time to time, a product available for Rs X today may be available for Rs Y (less than X) at a future date. Refunds, neither complete nor equivalent to the difference in price, cannot be issued in such cases.
  9. Delivery failed: In case the delivery fails due to an incorrect shipping address or if the package is declined at the time of delivery, we will not be able to offer a replacement or refund.
Process for Requesting a Refund:
  1. Submission of Refund Request: To request a refund, students must submit a detailed request via email (hello@edutap.co.in) outlining the reason for the refund, along with supporting evidence if applicable.
  2. Review Process: Each request will be carefully reviewed by our support team within 4 working days to assess the eligibility.
  3. Approval or Rejection: If the request meets the criteria outlined in our policy, the refund will be approved and processed within 4 working days using the same method of payment. If not, an explanation will be provided for the rejection.
